Is it possible to become a Dynamics 365 CRM business analyst without any prior technical background or know-how about it?

Yes, it is possible.
Child comes to this world without the knowledge of language, ability to walk e.t.c.
So if you want to become a Dynamics 365 CRM business analyst you should start doing that work or you should go and learn the subject but the best result is to combine theory and practice. And may be in several years you will be able to do the work of a Dynamics 365 CRM business analyst
