Change base alert batch job error

Changes Base alert job runs every minute in my system, but I noticed there are some error happens.

An error occured while processing event rule for user "XXX.XXX". I know this user's account is disabled since he/she is not in my company. I am wondering where should I make changes to remove his/her alert event setup or fix this error.

I did check Orgination admin->Setup->Alerts ->Alert rule, there is no rule for this user.

Excellent Question - Go to organization administration > Common > Number sequences > Number sequences. This is a system-wide step if the number sequence is ‘Shared’ in the scope parameters. In References, the ‘Area’ should be ‘Alerts’ and the ‘Reference’ should be ‘Rule ID’.  Once this is done the job will run every minute without error.

Because you have deleted\disabled the AX account xxx.xxx you are now seeing this error in the change based alert.  What you need to do is delete the USERID rows from the dbo.EVENTCUD in the AX database.  SQL Query against the data database - delete from dbo.EVENTCUD WHERE USERID = 'XXX.XXX'  Clear all the entries for the bad useranme and the Change based batch job will no longer error.
