Recipients are not able to see tracked to dynamics

This is what happens and where the issue is: 

Mark sent an email 1 subject 1 - started tracking to dynamics 365

Peter responds to email 1 subject 1  - nobody sees if email is tracked or not (ONLY Mark sees it that it's tracked in outlook) 

John responds to email 1 subject 1 - nobody sees if email is tracked or not (ONLY Mark sees it that it's tracked in outlook) 

Anna responds to email 1 subject 1 - nobody sees if email is tracked or not (ONLY Mark sees it that it's tracked in outlook) 

why cant peter , john and anna see if the emails in email thread is tracked or not .
Due to that, as we are making sure we are tracking accurate information, when someone from the team notices that an email is not traced, they will track it again, without knowing that it has already been tracked and we will create duplicates.

    Please check that you are set up to track emails to Dynamics.
    Whether the recipient is in the same organization as the sender and whether the recipient has successfully configured the Dyanmics 365 app for Outlook
