Hello 
I have a problem
In the standard of D365, How can i change the name of the bank and the legal entity   of  the XML FILE SEPA generated ?

    can you please specify the following:
    - which Electronic Reporting format for SEPA are you using?
    - which are the tags that you want to change and why what is shown as per standard is not correct/right? Have you already seen in the Electronic Reporting format where are they taken from? because usually are retrieved from existing forms in the system (for example the Legal entity name set in Organization administration for the company name and the Bank name on the bank account of the legal entity) so changing those will change them in the file, unless you did not modify in the Electronic reporting the retriaval of those information

    Thank you for your message.

    Currently, the payment to vendors is processed using this type of parameter setup.

     

    The objective is to generate a file with a specific naming : that includes both the bank name and the legal entity at the time of generation.

    The expected file name format is as follows:
    Entity.NC4.IMPORT.YYYYDDMMhh24miss.PY_BULK.[see dedicated tab].null.null.txt

    The file name logic should be reviewed in the ISO20022 Credit transfer ER format configuration.
    The standard format does not support this naming convention, you would need to create a derived version of the ISO20022 Credit transfer ER format and adjust the file name expression.
     

    Please check whether the required values are available in the ER model/mapping:

    Legal entity / company name or company ID

    Bank account or bank name

    System date/time
     
    If the above fields is not available in the current mapping, then the ER model mapping may also need to be extended.

    Hi,

    If the generated XML is a ER file , inspect the Electronic Reporting (ER) format used by your Method of payment. The mapping for elements for (legal entity) and bank details is defined in the ER configuration. If your bank requires a different value than the standard master data (for example, a shortened legal entity name or a custom bank name), you'll need to derive and customize the ER format rather than changing the standard application code.
