GP 2016-R2 Project PTE

Hi,
We have recently upgraded to MS GP 2016-R2 and are getting the attached error when we navigate to Project- PTE- Expenses.
In our organisation we extensively use Project expenses to claim / reimburse expenses. However no time sheets are being used in PTE.
Can anybody help what is this error about and how to resolve?

Try going to Transactions->Project->Time sheet Batches. Since you do not use time sheet entry there should be nothing there. If there are any batches delete them.

Try to run sql profiler, it seems to me that while filling list table getting some insertion issue in table as

DBMS 2627 refers to a duplicate key error , so some value must be duplicating.
