I have been trying to authenticate my client's domain and each time I have passed them the Ownership Authentication keys to register on their DNS, and I come back to again Confirm DNS, I receive an internal erro for "Ownership status" and "Canceled" for Email status. Client has reentered the key twice now and each time I am receiving this error. Please advise as to what can be done to resolve this issue.

Have you set both TXT and CNAME records properly?
Which domain type did you authenticate? Root domain(xxx.com) or subdomain(email.xxx.com)?

DNS setting page of Dynadot:
Once your could confirm that DNS setting has been configured well in setting page of your domain provider,
please then click "Confirm" button multiple times to complete authentication process, because one time confirmation may not be enough,
By steps above, I could authenticate my domain successfully.
