I have been trying to authenticate my client's domain and each time I have passed them the Ownership Authentication keys to register on their DNS, and I come back to again Confirm DNS, I receive an internal erro for "Ownership status" and "Canceled" for Email status. Client has reentered the key twice now and each time I am receiving this error. Please advise as to what can be done to resolve this issue.
