Omnichannel - New tab direction

Hi All,

By default when you create a new tab within Omnichannel it will create the tab at the end of the existing tabs all of the time, is there anyway to change the behaviour so it can create the new tab at the start rather then at the end by default?

    Hi abutler1986,

    Unfortunately, you can’t make the new tab at the start rather then at the end by default, which is by-design.

    Also, these tabs cannot be change their positions, they are fixed.
