Hi,
I would like to use export feature from LCS, but I need to confirm whether the back up of the database was from the snapshot when I click the export button or sometime after that?

Yes, and you could do a Refresh database before you export database to overwrite the UAT environment with the latest copy of the production database.
And you will get a bacpac file after your operation.

Actually my question is ,the export lasts for two hours, and at what point was the DB backup? From the beginning of the export or in the middle?
Because when the export feature started, users are still conducting daily activities, and I am not sure if we should ask the users log out from the system during the export.
The database will be backed up at the point when you start to export database.
The copy of your database that you will export from is a snapshot of the source database as of the time of the copy request.
You can also try Point in time restore where you know exact time when you start the refresh and then export it.
