Dynamics 365 home menu (chevron/down arrow) no longer displays. We can no longer navigate to our other dynamics apps from the top menu. Is there a way to turn the menu back on?

Hello,

Can you please drop a screenshot what do you see? I checked instance I have access to and I see this chevron both in Classic and UCI clients.

you can see no down arrow next to dynamics 365

That looks weird for me. Can you log in using Incognito mode or other browser? Do you see the same result?

What privileges do you have for the system? Also can you ask other users if they experience the same issue?

I am an administrator .. and all our users experience the same issue. So, we thought maybe it was a recent publish of GCC version that maybe removed the drop down.
