how to add new language for SalesInvoiceReport (AX 2012 R3)

Hi,

Recently we have the requirement to generate invoice report in Catalan. In our Ax this language is not defined. I created new one via Labels. Now I have for each "partition" (SYS, SYP, etc) new "ca" entry. Now I can generate labels for this language. In fact I just need to translate around 50 labels (only the ones used in invoice). The GUI is only used in spanish, english and Czech.

The problem is when I compile and deploy salesinvoice report. For this language the rdl file is not generated. So, I guess I need to do some extra steps to support this language in my reports. 

Anybody can help me, please?

    Did you try to change the customer language to Catalan and see if the report is printed in Catalan?

    I did. The problem is when I run this report in catalan, the system report me that static report for this language is not found. Moreover, when I deploy the report via Visual Studio, the log display no entries for Catalan. So, I guess there is something missing.

    if I can do it, my workarround will be use Mexican as Catalan. But it is a bit "dirty" solution...

    I did it. My SalesInvoiceReport is already configured for static multilanguage. The question is: If I add new language in labels how AX knows that it must compile this report for catalan too? the documentation only talk about enable language-especific reports. But I guess the clue is enable language in AX.

    Do you see Catalan language available and enabled in System administration - Setup - Licensing -  License information?

    that's the point. Catalan is not enabled. So I guess I need different license to do that?

    I don't think you need a different license. But you need to work with licenses, and the process seems a bit clumsy.

    I found some instructions by searching the web for "dynamics ax 2012 add new language".
