I solved this by Using Rapise
this is very easy to use it for automate Microsoft Dynamics AX Process
Thanks for all For Trying Help Me .
Another thing:
I would recommend that you register for the free MBAS sessions on RPA to get an impression how this functionality works.
Please see and register:

Hello Ashraf Kamal,
I would suggest that you just give the MS PowerAutomate UI Flow feature a try.
Thereby you will learn and see how it fits, what to look out for, etc.
Best regards,
Ludwig
There is no link you just make a project in the UI project and record your clicks in AX just like most other RPA tools. Think of any RPA tool as linking keystrokes and mouse clicks unless it has a direct connector to AX 2012. Even flow does not have a direct connector to AX 2012 it only has direct connectors to D365.
Dear Ashwin Padmanabhan
could you sent me How can Link UI Path With dynamics AX 2012 on your project ?
Hello Ashraft Kamal,
Some information on the UI Flows that are an integral part of PowerAutomate can be found here:
docs.microsoft.com/.../overview
This site here (docs.microsoft.com/.../gateway-manage) gives you an idea how to use gateways to on-prem software tools.
Another important thing is pricing. You can find some information here: docs.microsoft.com/.../billing-questions Please carefully check the pricing based on the business scenarios you want to support with UI flows.
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
Ludwig
It does work, i made a project using UiPath studio software to open a entity in ax and then change the entity and run the TB, with specific parameters and export in excel. While it does work it struggles with the AX UI interface especially the 2012 interface.
For example i was struggling to do a simple change of module by clicking on the > symbols on the address bar however an easier way to fix this would be to type the whole text and then click enter.
That being said UiPath while free to test RPA you will need to purchase it in future for the full features.
Ludwig is very right in suggesting you check flow and UI flow. While you will most likely have flow included with your office license UI flow has different licensing offers (starting 15USD by user)
Thanks @Dr.Ludwing
how can use Microsoft PowerAutomate with Dynamics Ax 2012 R3 ?
Hi Ashraf Kamal,
Microsoft PowerAutomate has a UI/ Robotic process automation functionality. You might not need UI path in my opinion especially if your licensing package already includes the PowerPlatform. Can you possibly check that with your system admins because it might save you some money if you already have all licenses.
For what purpose do you want to use UI path?
Best regards,
Ludwig
