What does Work Audit Template query to be activated? WAX

I am trying to automatically print certain reports within the workflow for outgoing orders and am trying to configure the system to print a Bill of Lading before I set up the actual report I would like to print.

I have set up a work audit template in the WAX module in AX 2012 R3 and am wondering what the audit trigger field evaluates. Looking at the available options, they are all ID's such as LoadID, ShipmentID, WaveID, etc. The documentation did not explain how the Audit Trigger Event is related to the Audit Trigger Field. From the Field options, it doesn't flow that a Status Change as the trigger event would be related to any of the available Audit Trigger Fields (ie - change in shipment status not related to shipment ID). Below is an image of the setup of the work audit template. I have also associated the work audit template with the mobile device menu items.

Unfortunately with Work Audit Templates you're not able to print any report, currently only the Bill of Lading is supported.  The Audit Trigger Field is the field you want to "watch" for a change while doing System Directed Work.  Meaning, you can sort your System Directed RF Menu Item by Shipment Id and define Shipment Id as your Audit Trigger Field.  So, when the user on the RF device finishes all work for a Shipment Id (meaning his next Work unit will be for a different Shipment Id), it will trigger the Audit Template.

It's a little hard to explain, but hopefully this helps. :)
