Export reports in XML

Hi. Is it possible to export reports in XML? If so, how?

    You can export to an xml file by changing the report destination to a file with type of XML.

    You can check out this blog, which mentions how to use electronic declaration to export XML files. The sub-links detail the minimum configuration of ER parameters, defining the data model, mapping from the database to the data model, and mapping from the data model to the XML format.

    Hi Gaute,
    Yes. It depends to your requirements.
    Some regulatory reports can be generated through xml, for example, SAF-T report that can be generated from Electronic Reporting (ER).
    In ER you have possibility to import standard report from Microsoft repositories or create a custom one. Please check Electronic reporting (ER) overview - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn for more info.
