mode of delivery on a sales order

Hello does  anyone know how to update the mode of delivery on a sales order (return order)

When i create the return it does not give the option or field to update this? on the sales header I see the mode of delivery field but it is grayed out. The parameter is not locked down and set to warning.....

Can anyone let me know how to update the mode of delivery or what the correct process is? Thanks

    Hi,

    Could you please provide a screenshot if it is convenient for you？

    And if the product is already released, there is no field for the mode of delivery. 

    You may need to do custom development to meet this requirement.
