Hi ,

Can we hide "Convert to Work Order" button from opportunity ribbon.

Somehow I'm unable to this button in ribbon customization.

Please suggest.

Hello Partner,

In the ribbon workbench, make the following changes:

Change the mode to tablet as shown and you should be able to see the button also as shown:

hide this button and this should resolve your query.

Hi,

So here are the steps:

1. Install the XRMtoolbox. You can install it here: https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/

2. Go to the Tool Library

3. Find and install the Ribbon Workbench 2016 tool.

4. Create a solution and add the opportunity entity into the solution. You don't need to add any components. Just ensure the metadata checkbox is checked.

5. In the ribbon workbench load the solution with the opportunity entity

6. If all you're after is hiding the Workorder button completely for everyone without the need to add in any display rules then simply find the button in the "Form" area of the workbench and then right click and select Hide. Afterwards, publish it in the Ribbon Workbench and you're done.
