How to change root language of Customer Voice?

I am looking for a way to change the root language of Customer Voice from my native language to English, but can not seem to find where to do this. 
Whenever I make a new survey it is automatically set to Dutch. I am able to add English as an extra language and set it as default, but I am not able to delete the Dutch version. Whatever I do, all notificiations and buttons remain in Dutch.
 
I already read in the Microsoft documentation that it is not possible to change the root language after you've created a survey or project, but it does not mention how to change the language settings of Customer Voice. I've already switched as many of my microsoft and dynamics tools to English, but for some reason I can not find where to switch the languages of Customer Voice and the PowerPlatform admin center (perhaps they are connected?).
 
Can someone please help me?

    After submitting this question I found the solution somewhere else in this community in which they explained how to change the language of the Power Platform Admin Center. I tried it for Customer Voice as well and thought I'd share it here in case someone else has the same issue.

    The language of your Customer Voice app is apparently based on your browser language settings. After changing my Chrome language settings to English and relaunching Customer Voice, it did the trick. Everything (including the notifications) was set to English.
