Management Reporter 2012 - Restricting (controlling) the viewing of 'comments' added to Financial Statements

Hello,
Is there any security setting which will provide for restricting the viewing comments in the web viewer or MR viewer?
When a report is published to multiple libraries, Is it possible to export comments for a report published to Location 1 but not export the comments to Location 2?

As for exporting comments, you get all or none.
