I'm using D365 for Field Service App in iPad(IOS). I'm facing an issue. Whenever i open the NOTES section in the application (Accounts --> A.Datum --> Notes) i'm only able to see 2 records of Notes by default. I'm not able to see all the Notes that i have lets say 10 notes, but after clicking twice the times(double click) on Notes then all the records are getting loaded. And this is not happening in Android and Windows Apps, all notes are getting exactly loaded for Android and Windows by default. I just want to know whether the IOS App only shows 2 Notes by default or can we change it, if yes please explain how to show all the Notes for an Account in D365 for Field Service App. If it is 2 by default please confirm on this.
Please help me on this, one of my client requirement and its high priority.
I'm also using RESCO - WoodFord tool - Field Service.
