Hi,
we have a problem during the installation of the AX2009 client components. When we try to start the ax32.exe we get the error message: "ActiveX-Controlelement could not be created. CmxPhone Control". When trying to manually register the OCX we get the error message" The module "c:\program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics AX\Common\CmxPhone.ocx" failed to load....".
Any idea?

Please check the latest System requirements guide for AX2009. I don't think Windows Server 2019 is supported.

Copy the correct files from other normally installed machines and try to register again.

Which files depends on the SmmPhone.ocx? Maybe some files in the system32-folder of the os which is not registred correctly?

maybe there is a way to supress this error message on startup of AX? We do not use phone functionality.

Hi. I think, there must be another reason.
We succesfully installed ax4 and ax2012 r3
But 2009 rises error by install Components64
