Hi,

I need to know the APIs used in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 as I need to integrate it with our Web portal.

Need to update the data on web to centralize server where ERP data is also updated.

    AX 2012 is capable of hosting WCF services and that's the recommended way for integrating with other applications. You'll find links to documentation in AX 2012 Documentation Resources for AIF and Services.

    You can consider .net business connector of Dynamics AX to implement your requirement

    Other way could be what Martin  suggested - Application Integration Framework using you can create WCF web services and consume it in your web portal
