What setting in the securityrole for inline pictures on the note in the timeline?

What setting in the securityrole arranges you to make and see inline pictures on the note in the timeline?

When I am system admin I can add pictures and see them as inline /files/ on the timeline. But with a other (Custom security role) with less rights, when I add Inline pictures, I don't see them after adding. What do I need to check in the securityrole to be able to add and see the inline pictures(files) in the note on the timeline??

@Ray, I mean the inline picture. I just drag and drop in the note. With system admin rights that works, but with limited securityrole rights I can drag and drop but the inline picture is not saved. So my question is, what security setting is responsible to be able to save and see after saving the inline picture in the note. Thanks for your response.

What setting in the securityrole for inline pictures on the note in the timeline?

Are you doing the same when uploading the pictures? If you paste pictures in the rich-text editor, then it shows as an inline picture; if you put it into the attachment, then it shows as an attachment.
