Hi,
I've heard that when using Kingsway Soft to sync NAV invoice records to an external system, such as Dynamics CRM, that syncing cannot occur while NAV users are using the system and the sync process must wait until after hours. The reason, I've been told, is because of record locking within NAV, caused by users, prevents Kingsway Soft from copying records (and possibly flagging these as copied).
Does NAV record locking usually prevent syncing during the day? Are work arounds available?
