A get/change operation on table GL_account_MSTR failed accessing SQL data

Hello,

After upgrading from Microsoft dynamics GP 10.0 to Microsoft dynamics GP 2010.

When i tried to select the journals in the journal entry window it give's this error "A get/change operation on table GL_account_MSTR failed accessing SQL data" “Number of results columns doesnt match table definition.”

Please what can i do to resolve this.

Try existing GP, modify your DEX.INI. Look for the line that says SYCHRONIZE=FALSE and change it to SYCHRONIZE=YES, save the file and launch GP Utilities and then GP.

Thanks for your responce.

But it didnt work so i upgraded the system to GP2010R2 and it fixed the error.

already have GP2010 R2 and i have same issue please i need fast respons for this issue

HI Richard,

Thank you for this simple reminder - I set up a test environment to upgrade to MR 2012, and I was receiving get/change errors in GP - forgot to re-sync, which your recommendation worked! Thanks!

After changing Synchronize=YES, when you ran GP utilities, what did you run?

You don't need to run anything after running utilities just lunch GP that's all.
