How to get the field names of time entry?/ How to find the form of time entries?

Hello,

How do I get the field names of the time entries. I'm currently working on adding web resource to the project to implement custom functions, but I need the field name so that I can get the values and attributes.

I cannot find the form and the corresponding table(entity), does someone know how to find the form, muck thanks!
