Could you please tell me how can we calculate the Net present value

Is this question related to Dynamics AX? You can find the calculation logic on Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/.../Net_present_value
If it is related to Dynamics AX 2012 can you then indicate where you need this? E.g. on a form, report, management reporter, ...

AX2012 does not have functionalities for calculating net present values as discounted future cash flows.
If you need to make such calculations e.g. for making assessments of the probably viability of an investment, then do it outside of AX2012 e.g. in Excel or another spreadsheet software.

Can you explain why you are looking for this functionality in AX2012?
