Hi,
We are in the last weeks of an implementation project including the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent – GoLive is scheduled for 01.01.18.
Since yesterday we’re experiencing issues when accessing the Attract module in Talent.
Please see the following background information:
What exactly is happening?
Scenario: User (no matter what security role is assigned) accesses the Talent Testsystem and clicks on the module Attract.
Result A: After the click the module loads for a very long time. In some cases the system will get stuck in this loading phase.
Result B: In other cases the Attract module will open up after the loading phase. However, once the module is opened up none of the maintained job entries will appear – instead there is an error message. This error will reappear once you close it.
Which steps do you have to follow in order to reproduce the error?
(1) Open Talent System
(2) Navigate to Attract module
Is there an error message?
There is an error message, which has unfortunately not been documented. Since today every attempt to access the attract module results in getting stuck in the loading phase. Therefore we can’t progress to where the error appears.
What we do remember is, that the error contained the following string: roleProvider RemoteServiceException
Which environment IDs are concerned?
Instead of the Environment ID it only shows: %1
Here is at least the session ID:

Is the User in the correct environment?
Yes, the Attract module worked with the same users in this environment up until 4th December without any issues.
Thank you for your support and BR
Hi Dev Chanana,
thanks for the quick response.
Unfortunately, I still can't access Talent.
Whether the other errors can be replicated, as well, I can't tell, since it's not progressing through the loading-phase.
Thank you for your urgent Support
Marc
Hi,
We have looked at the issue and it should be resolved now. Please try to access attract and let us know.

Dev Chanana
