Hi,

Whenever I try starting Navision using dynamicsnav:// link I get the below error. However when trying to start from a regular shortcut it works fine. Also if I start ie. Internet Explorer as in administarator mode the dynamicsnav:// link works fine. Any ideas?

    Hi,

It might be issue with your system setting. If you can run the link as Administrator then why don't you try login to the system sing the Administrator and see if you can run the link directly. If you can do so, it means, your current system does not have Administrative rights and you might need to set it up.

If you do not need so, just create a shortcut and in advanced setting, select "Run as Administrator", it should be fine.
