Hey Experts,
we have build a custom channel in the real time marketing journeys and we chose the non-restrictive consent model in the environemt. However when setting up the journey and moving it to live all the contacts that were passed through the custom channel are getting blocked because of the missing consent.
Is there a way how to configure the non-restrictive consent model for custom channels too? Or is this only working for e-mails?

thx for the article but this is only for custom channels in outbound marketing and not for real-time marketing?!

I already checked this article but unfortunately it doesn't say anything about custom channels. It only talks about the default channels of the real time marketing app.

Did you implement some kind of compliance field in the custom channel? That should say allow. See www.cupofdev.com/.../ for a bit more info about building custom channel and compliance.
