Has anyone ever had their Quick Links disappear on their Home Page? Then when you go to Edit and check the box to show them again the don't display. So you go in to edit again and the box for Quick Links is unchecked again?

First thing I look at is the SY7110 table and the USERID field is blank for all 1214 rows in the table. I don’t know if that could be a problem or not.
This is the SY08100 table for the user having the issue. She has Visible=1 on two of the items. There is no sectionID = 5 for Quick Links in this table for her. Most likely because when she exits the set up window the check mark in the Quick Link box disappears. Visible is 0 for everything.

So I have a few questions.
1. How do I tell from SY08100 if something is missing or not? Is there a list of SectionID’s somewhere that tells what the ID goes with? There is one other user that I know of that is having the same problem.
2. What exactly is the SY07110 table that it is ok to just delete it? And does the fact that 1214 rows all have blank user IDs means there is a problem somewhere that I should notify Microsoft?

I've seen it from time to time, though nothing that we've really found a definitive cause.
The SY08100 table is the syHomePageLayout and SY08140 is the syHomePageQuickLinks table, both in the DYNAMICS system database for GP.
In the SY08100 table, for my user as an example, I see 10 total records and only one is marked as ‘1’ for the Visible column, which is the Quick Links section which is the only part I have showing on my Home page. The SectionID is 5, DICTID is 0 and COLNUMBR is 2 with SEQNUMBR as 1.
In my Quick Links section, I have two links listed, Process Monitor and SQL (for the SQL Maintenance). I see these two records for my user in the SY08140 table.
When this user(s) loses the Quick Links section of the Home page, does the SY08100 table show everything as Visible = 0?
I've also seen where clearing the SY07110 table for a user or more, depending on the issue seen, has resolved this type of issue, as mentioned in this forum:
