Hided and Inserted column resetting after refreshing or logout and login

Dear All,

I have hided and inserted lot of column in my purchase order , RFQ and Movement journal list views. but recently i have issue with this. what ever the columns i have hided that is displaying again after refreshing the page and what ever column i have inserted it is missing from the list view page. why this happening. it was working before recently it is started this issue.

Hi Jaseem,

Please check if you have done this "Clear" action from personalization due to which the changes is no more reflecting. You will find this option once you click on those three Dots.

Once this is cleared, it will clear whatever personalization you did before and form will be updated as same as it was earlier.

Hi Jaseem,

Have you enabled the "Saved view" feature?

The new insert or removal whatever you did through personalization, will be saved in your own view ("My view") in case if this is enabled.

Can you please check this by switching from 'Standard view' to "My view" if all those changes you did, are reflecting in that view or not.

Is that issue happening only with you or for all other users?

Please check with technical as well in case if full CIL can fix this case and update us here.

Hi Jaseem,

If you are a system admin, then you will have access to the Feature management workspace. The same you can find in System administration module as well under 'Workspace' section.

When you open the 'Feature management', there you can filter by 'Saved view'. Once this is displayed, just select this and then click on "Disable". This 'Disable' tab is available at the right hand side bottom of that form.

I'll ask you to check a few steps in the link below. First of all, is there any record about the relevant form in "User options" / "Usage data" / "Personalization" tab? (Your record or other records)

Secondly, after making changes, what kind of result do you see when you export / import Personalization.

Finally, is this problem for one user or for everyone? Is it in one form or in all forms?

Sorry i cannot disable this saved view now, because all of my users saved different views now. so i will inform users to check ("My view"). is that fine right. now i can see all my changes in My view section.so all the changes will save in My view section right

Yes Jaseem, all user specific personalization will be saved in "My view". So you can keep this and inform users where to check their personalized view.
