Positions Hierarchy new update

Hello,

My question regarding the new update of positions hierarchy in Human resources module as part of F&O - the new update is not showing the position name instead only showing the employee name, any idea how to show the position name in the hierarchy?

Also, is there a direct way to extract the hierarchy design as it looks in the screen without going through extracting data from the system into excel and then adding data to Visio?

Hi Rania,

I think you cannot change the field on the Position hierarchy design. Also, you cannot export directly to Visio but you can do it via Visio or Power BI.

I created a position hierarchy in Power BI and excel similar to Dynamics 365 HR. If you would like to know more then send me a message.

Hi Rania,

We had an issue in F&O with the display of the position name in the position hierarchy. However, we have fixed this. The screen shot is from 10.0.24. Issue search (dynamics.com)
