One of my batch jobs in Human Resource - Workflow message processing
is stuck on executing state.
I am referring to this doc for troubleshooting - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/human-resources/hr-admin-troubleshooting-batch-execution
But i am unable to find FORCE CANCEL button for executing batch job.
I have tried granting all the permissions but still couldn't find the FORCE CANCEL button.
Please help mw with this
I was not able to find the Force cancel button but got a workaround
I removed the recurrence, then I was able to change the status.
The issue is resolved now. Thanks anyways.

As per MS docs, when the status is Executing or Canceling then only the Force cancel button is visible.
I tried the same thing in my environment, First time the Force cancel button was visible, and the second time it got disappeared.
Alternate solution: From change status menu button, you can change the status of the Batch job to Withhold or Canceling. It should work for you.
