If someone really hacked your system, it might be cheaper to transfer some cash amount to those hackers for unlocking (sad to say this, but in certain cases it might be the only option).
Remember to always make backup copies at least on a daily basis!
Don't you keep your database backup in separate device?
I think, you should contact your infra IT team or hardware supplier for the required support.
Search various blogs on Google to unlock your system from bitlocker and see if it helps.
