We have a Dynamics 365 environment hosted on the parent companies cloud tenant and all users are setup as B2B guest in that tenancy and given access to the Dynamics 365 Sales Hub. The users are able to access the D365 sales desktop version via browser. However, the users are not able to login to the mobile app, I wanted to check if there is any way for guest users to be able to access the D365 mobile app. The users have the correct license and security roles assigned.
I found the answer by some trial and error, thought will post it here if someone else has the issue in future.
The answer is Yes, B2B guest users can access the Dynamics 365 mobile app. They need to use the sign in via URL method instead of the default login.
In our case the authentication issue was caused due to signon security policy that requires users to be connected to the company network to be able to access the company signon page, so we had to connect to VPN before logging into the app.
