Do you mean that we can't use the field service dispatch board integration with business central on prem ?
I though that dispatch board just set the work order date assignation.
So if the work order is linked to the service order in Business central , it simply a field mapping.
My logic is :
I create service contract in BC , that create a agreement in field service.
I create the work order in BC, that create the wo in field service.
I create ressource in BC ,that create the ressource in field service
I use the dispatch board in field service,that upade the work order in BC.
Posting the invoice could be in BC or trigger from field service when WO is complete .
Never used sales or field service....only BC.
But have see some awesome demo of field service and dispatch board , the graphical tool is missing so hard in BC.
I am trying to understand the integrated possibility of all D365 tools.
