I have a client implementing AX 2012 and it needs to mass generate invoice proposals because the project managers must pick and choose which items are billed to each project's customer in a given period. AX 2012 allows mass generation of invoices, but I have not found how to mass generate invoice proposals. Also, the client wants to email these invoice proposals to the project managers, too. Any ideas? The use of Projects and control over invoice content is key to the business and to the end customer's satisfaction.
