Hi Dears,

How could i get these data ( Journal Code - Journal Name - Journal Type - Voucher Series - Name - Format - Offset Account ) for all Module i have

Hi Muhammad,

You can check the form General ledger -> Journal setup ->Journal names. You can export the data using export to excel from 'Open in Microsoft Office' feature. you will get most of the details except format which you can export from number sequence.

could also data entity journal names to export all GL journals and their voucher series and also another entity number sequence code

Hello Muhammad Khaled,

For what purpose do you need that information?

Journal names and journal codes (numbers) might be deleted over time with the cleansing of your system and they don't really hold any information.

Why is it that you need the voucher series and not the voucher number and what do you refer to as 'format'?

Would be great if you could elaborate on your original question and detail what you are looking out for exactly and why.

Hi Muhammad,

I am not sure what do you mean by the same data in other modules? All the journals setup is only in the GL module like Customer payment/Vendor payment etc.

Hi Dear Ludwig Reinhard, working on D 365 is a new role which my company give it to me but i did not work on it ever before. and these required data i asked for previously is just a new task and in fact i don`t know what the purpose that my company will use these data for, i already got a big part of what i need from the Fabulous man Vinit Goyal, and there are a few other left which i`m trying to know how i get it to finish my task. and finally i need to thank you for your concern

Hi Dear , Vinit Goyal , I`m really want to thank you for your big help , may i a little confused because i`m new in D 365 and may i did not explain my question very well , by your great help i got most of the required data for my task , and there is only ( format ) what i need to finish it . i looked to the ( number sequences ) and i saw some formats but none of them mach with the other data
