Query CreatedOn = time * min/hours old in a segment

Is it possible to check for create-time of * min/hours old in a segment using a query? Im looking to send out a message for contacts which are create before after data "X" and time "Y". 

Basicly i have 2 questions: 

1. Currently im only able to choose a date in the query selection. I would like to choose date and the time (00:00).

2. In Dyanmics i only see date fields with date and time in one column. Is there a way to separate the data and time as a field?

    Hi,

    You can find the following description in the end of the condition.

    It is by design and cannot be customized. So you cannot choose a specific time.

    It is recommended to create two custom fields in Contact entity. E.g. Created On Date / Created On Time.

    Then auto fill those two fields with the date and time of the "Created On" field with JS or flow.

    So that the fields can be used in the segment as a condition.
