Sales Tax are not refleted in Sales orders after migration AX 2012

HI all,

I have imported all the sales orders from the AX3.0 to the AX2012 the same way as I did with the Purchase orders -which is working properly- but for the sales orders I can not get the sales tax to be calculated as should be. Only -0 (zero) is shown.

CustGroup form PO Header

and

TaxGroup and ItemTaxGroup are imported as they should

any help from you is really appreciated. thanks a lot for your time!

    Hi Ludwig,

I feel silly now. I import the wrong item sales tax group name. it was a typo from me.

had to be STD-PL instead of STD-SL

My bad. Should be working now that part.

No I have a problem that does not update the Net amount is not updated. or wrong price or just left in blank. I'll try few things and let you know back

    Hi Nestor C.,

I am not a developer but would expect that you need a job or script to update the uploaded elements.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Works when refreshing manually the tax groups directly from the Sales order form in AX.

how to do it to get them all refreshed automatically? I have many sales orders

What is strange is that is almost the same procedure I did with the purchase order and for that all were working correctly

    Hi Nestor C,

    Many thanks for the update.

If this works manually but not for the import, can you try making an update on the sales tax group/item group fields after you uploaded the data?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig

I guess this is what you are looking.

I just created a manual sales order for the same customer and it works

    Hi,

What is the sales tax code that result from the combination SKR & STD-SL?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
