I've been hearing a lot about the Dynamics 365 Contact Center standalone being a game-changer and now generally available. I'm really excited about this new offering but I've been having trouble finding specific information.
I'm particularly interested in:
- Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD): Does anyone have access to the ERD for the standalone contact center?
- Integration with Existing CRM: How does it integrate with an existing Dynamics 365 CRM instance? Will it link to the case enttiy, contacts, or activities entity ? or is it primarily a way to connect to the existing system?
I've searched extensively online but haven't been able to find the answers I'm looking for. If anyone has experience with the standalone contact center, I'd love to hear your insights.
