I am from the Philippines and we want to use Sales Hub App as our CRM. My company already gave me my Office Account and they said it is already licensed. However, when I search Sales Hub in the App section, it will not show. Is this because of my location? How to solve this problem?
In order to see any Dynamics 365 CRM app on the App Section, you need to provision an environment first. Go to Admin.PowerPlatform.com, and create an environment with a Database and with a Dynamics365 app.
In order to access sales hub application you should have the relevant license either sales premium or sales enterprise (recheck the license)
If the licenses are okay do check your security role. There is a possibility that your user may not be having the relevant security roles attached (sales person or sales manager etc)
From my understanding availability is not the issue
