Finding Shipment Deviations Product/Item wise

Hello,

I have a trouble extracting details of item wise shipments. 

AX crashes everytime i try to pull 1 year of data, I was wondering if there is an alternative to this.

In other words, are there any filters i can apply to get item-wise or date-wise shipment deviation.
