ReportHi everyone,
I am facing an issue in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) while generating a Pick List for a Shipment.
When I open a shipment and try to generate the Pick List, I receive the following error:
An item with the same key has already been added.
The error appears on the WHSShipmentDetails form.
I am not getting any additional details or stack trace from the Infolog. When I look at the message information, it only shows:
Form Name: WHSShipmentDetails
I have attached a screenshot of the error.
Scenario
The issue occurs when doing the following:
Go to Warehouse management → Shipments → All shipments
Open the affected shipment.
From the shipment, generate the Pick List.
The process fails with:
“An item with the same key has already been added.”
I made some customizations to the report and later removed them to verify that the standard report runs correctly. However, the same error still occurs, and I am unable to even extend the report.
