Hi,

I have 3 tables, such as A, B, C

Table B has a field which is the key field of table C, in table B, i have create a relations for table C and with this key field

There is a test form with datasource both include table A & B, B join A, so A is header and B is line

I go into the 'Advanced filter or sort' form -> 'Joins' -> 'Add table join'

I can add table B join table A, but when i select table B and click "Add table join", in the prompt list i can't found table C in it, why?

Is there anything i am missed? or any properties i need to specify for the relation created in table B?

Thanks!

    Good Morning Roll,

I moved this to the D365Finance forum as it seems that you use this product and not the 'old' AX2012.

Can you share us some screenprints where this issue happens to that we can try replicating the issue you experience?

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

Try to enable "Use legacy mode for query relations" under system parameters, there is a bug introduced recently, so it does not sow some relations in advance filter.

    Hi Ievgen,

Thanks your reply, I'm try to enable the parameter as you metioned, after update the cross-reference system, only some system table missing in that join list, my table C still not the list...

Can you share me the link of this bug? Was MS team working on this bug?

We are now using Update33 (7.0.5559.35512), this should be the latest version.

I think now its time to share more details about relations you created, like what fields are there and what properties did you set.

    Hi Ievgen,

So strange, when i turn off the "Use legacy mode for query relations", i can see my 'Table C' in the join list now.

The relation is normal type, and the properties just keep default(Only set the relation fields mapping)

    Thanks again.
