I have a customer journey and successful email sends and this is great. What I want to do is understand how much revenue the marketing department is generating so I can get more buy-in from the business.
The reporting is on interactions which is fine but I want to see what opportunities are generated from the leads or the opportunities relating to the contacts that I have emailed so that I can get a revenue figure vs a revenue spend on marketing to help justify the investment.
How do I do this?
