Costing Sheet Data Via Query/Report

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Is there a report, or a SQL View/Query that can give us the Costing Sheet breakdown of Material, Labor, and Overhead, for all parts?

Ultimately, the picture below, with the red boxed data is what we need, for all part numbers:

Thank you

    Hello SWC,

There is a standard production view/perspective that is used for the production cube.

Have you looked at that one?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Sorry for the long delay.

I would like a SQL query, or a canned report (not an AX form) that could give me this breakdown for one, some, or all part numbers of our choosing. I would envision this looking something like the below:

    Thank you

    Hello SWC,

What breakdown do you expect exactly?

In your previous screenprint I can identify subtotals that you highlighted.

In the lines above, you have the breakdown.

What you can do in addition is opening the first tab in the price calculation form where you see all items, surcharges, etc. used in the production order.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
