I have one requirements. How to restrict the support engineer viewing other engineers cases and open cases in customer services hub.Agent should view tickets which only assigned to him

Hello,
The best way to do that is to limit "Read" privilege for "Case" entity to "User" level through security roles.

You can give User level permission to Case.
I don't think you can restrict user from viewing other's record unless you have each user in their own Business Unit.
