Error : "An Unauthorised client side error has occured"

I am experiencing an issue while copying multiple lines from Excel to the D365 grid. Upon pasting these lines into the grid, an error message stating /unauthorized client-side error/ appears. This problem seems to occur specifically in the Sales Order Line and Sales Quotation Line forms. However, same action works correctly in the Purchase Order Lines

You can also try to build your model and the model where sales orders and sales quotations exist.

Hi ,

I doubt this is related to customization. I saw this happen on a random form lately while supporting a customer. Clearing the data usage cache should solve this.

Go to ‘User Options’ and then ‘Usage Data’.

Hi kevin ,

1 . We have implemented similar customizations in numerous VMs, yet we are encountering this error only in a few of them which are of similar code changes . Furthermore, when attempting to debug, this error arises instantly without even reaching the breakpoint within the events associated with this field .

2 . I do have permission to create records in this sales order lines , And this problem in not arising when I am pasting only single line for Excel to d365 grid

Hi,

Since you said that this problem only happens on the SO line, has anyone done custom development of the SO module?

Inferring from the error message, do you have permission to create or modify records on sales order lines?
