Hi All,
Please suggest a workaround for the below scenario:
1. Employees will not be eligible for a leave until they complete 8 months of service in the organization.
2. After 8 months of service they will be able to apply for the cumulative leave. (eg. 12 leaves annually, so on prorated basis 1 leave per month)
So after 8 months, employee will be able to apply for 8 leaves which are available.
How can I restrict the employee from applying the leave before 8 months of service?
Please advice.
