Select E-Mail Template from "Custom template" Tab when creating a new E-Mail

Hello everyone,

I have a question in regards, to select an E-Mail Tamplate when creating a new E-Mail in Realtime Marketing.

When creating a new E-Mail, a popup appears to select from E-Mail templates. When navigating to tab "Custom templates", no templates are shown. Selecting templates are only possible from Favourites.

Does anybody experienced the same issue before?

I have tested this in my trial environment and I do not have this issue. Have you checked how the filter in this view is set:

I sometimes experience that the filter for language is empty or set with the wrong email.

Also you can check the settings of the email template and which criteria for filtering you have set there:
